1.8 build sent to the phablet-team ppa; still planned for an official
stable release 2nd week of July; ready for a preliminary release in Wily at
least.

- Flash PPAPI : should add menu and permission support now that the APIs
exist
Also transition of some branches from Maxim to Alex and/or Justin in July.

*3. Bugs*

We discussed mentions of webapps feeling "oversensitive" to touch events.
There is a parameter in the events received from Qt which can be tweaked to
see if that improves things.
