1.12.7 update pushed to a vivd silo
1.13 still a couple week ahead ; upstream branches next week, then we'll
stabilize our own builds

- accelerometer branch update; but that will be in 1.14 at the earliest, so
need to push to OTA-11

OA using Webkit1 : is there a safe fallback option on platforms not
supported by Oxide?
