Oops, I was looking at the latest OTA-12 dates you had posted indeed.

Now, with a release on 25/5 for OTA-11, it means we'd be in the 5th week of
the 1.15 stabilization cycle (of about 6 total), so it still feels doable
to upload an oxide build for touch images with the webrtc fixes.
