UDS Session: Improving Packaging Training

Hello everybody,

I just realised that we weren't all in the session at UDS together, so
here's the summary of what was discussed there. Be aware that we
discussed "Packaging Training" in a bit broader scope than just the
sessions that we run.

Let's discuss the items together and see what we can do kick arse even
more! :-)
