Chris Wilson (notgary) has assigned this bug to you for One Hundred Paper Cuts:

In Ubuntu's (natty) Appearance Preferences(gnome-appearance-properties)
window on the background tab for the the sideshow backgrounds. The wrong
icon is used to go left through the previews of them. therefore it looks
like a fast forward instead of having back and forward buttons.

To recreate it, click on one of the slideshow backgrounds and then press
the green arrow.

Bug in Ubuntu natty, not sure if it is in previous versions.
