Vish (vish) has assigned this bug to you for ubuntuone-control-panel in ubuntu:

the current link like behavior of "disconnect" is not appropriate for
it's usage. It implies that clicking that will transport the user away
from the control panel app (possibly to remove this device online?).

It is also difficult to read on the dark background.
