[Bug 606440] [NEW] Only the most recent episode of each podcast gets downloaded automatically

What I expect to happen:  All my podcasts to download automatically.

What actually happens: Only the most recent episode downloads
automatically, so I have to manually initiate the download of any
previous episodes that have not yet been downloaded.
