Bug description:
DESCRIPTION

By default, Ubuntu is configured to make the monitor become blank
after ten minutes. No option is given in the control panel to stop
this behaviour.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
*********************
1. Go to Control Panel \ Brightness and lock.
2. Set the screen time to switch-off to never.
3. Switch-off your mouse.
4. Wait ten minutes.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
**********************
Nothing to happen.
REAL BEHAVIOUR
*****************
The screen goes blank.
WORKAROUND
***************
Configure Control Panel \ Brightness and lock to switch-off the
screen after ten minutes, so if it going to do so the screen
brightness will become down gradually before and the user will be
capable of manually stopping the screen from going to blank by moving
the mouse.
