Hi,
I'm new to Ubuntu development, and looking to get involved.  Right now
there's only 3 people in the #ubuntu-papercuts channel.  Is there some
other IRC channel where most every goes to?

Just saw this bug appear on the mailing list, and was wondering if I can
just assign myself to it as my first bug to get started?
