[Analysis] Why the project has not been getting its objectives
1. Why the "One Hundred Papercuts" project has not been getting its
objectives?
- Because analysing improvements *too much in advance*, so putting
workforce in places which *cannot deliver constant value* (kaizen) to
the project.
[Workaround: do work actions one by one, so any piece of work delivers
value immediately]
2. Why?
- Because analysis is *not stopped* after identifying which is the most
important thing in each moment of time.
[Workaround: plan just the most important thing now]
3. Why?
- Because work-flow had been *not Lean*.
[Workaround: draft a Lean work-flow]
4. Why?
- Because people involved *didn't know* about Lean techniques.
[Fix: show some simple Lean techniques to Papercuts Ninjas]
5. Why?
- Because Lean techniques are *not taught* in formal education, but
normally after formal education by companies.
