  The hundred papercuts project has lost contributors and direction

Status in One Hundred Paper Cuts:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The Papercuts project failed to reach its target of fixing 100
  papercut bugs in the Natty, Oneiric and Precise cycles, and given the
  current momentum looks set to do so again in the Quantal cycle. The
  initiative needs a new life.
