If HAVE_GCC_ATOMIC_BUILTINS is not defined, this patch should cause terrible degrading of performance...
If remove innodb_rwlock_for_page_hash, we should add warning/error "HAVE_GCC_ATOMIC_BUILTINS is undefined" at build.
