Bug description:
The new slow play feature use  gst-plugin-bad. For now, if you try to play an exercise with this packge you optain the following error :

"You need to install the gstreamer soundtouch elements for play it slowly to."

Perroquet should disable the speed change feature if this element is not available but not exit.

A message should be displayed somewhere to recommend the user to install the package.
The README should also talk about that.
