  Perroquet should save in config local file the last open path for
  different things and open the filechoose at the corresponding place:
  
  - export path
  - open exercise
  - import path
  - save path
  - ...

- Perroquet should also keep in config file the list of all/some
- unfinished exercises and display then in File menu.
