Bug description:
Perroquet is able to download and install distant package in ~/.local/share/perroquet/repo_root/<repo_id>/<group_id>/<exercise_name>

A special repo_id is already automaticaly created to use custom exercise : ~/.local/share/perroquet/repo_root/local

If a tar file containing a perroquet exercise is donwloaded, it could be useful to import it with a tool available in file menu, as in File > Install exercise package
