Fred Bertolus proposed the following answer:
The Perroquet exercice repositories is no more alive. The server was
shuted down few month ago.

However, with Perroquet you can create a new exercice with a video or
audio file and a subtitles file (.srt) in the same language. All the
movies or  TV series, for exemple, can be used as exercices.
