Bug description:
Went to Karmic and  Phatch was installed. 
The message that appearede after selecting Help->Developer Documentation indicated an
invalid URI.

Error showing url: Error stating file '/usr/share/phatch/phatch/docs/build/html/index.html': No such file or directory
