Status in Phatch = Photo & Batch!: Incomplete

Bug description:
Unable to save pictures in batch after a copy and resize.

Action list is set up to:
copy originals (Filename: <##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.year><##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.month><##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.day>_<###>;
     Folder: /media/backups/originals/<##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.year>_<##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.month>   <##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.day>)
Scale
Save in folder1 Filename: <##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.year><##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.month><##Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal.day>_<###>
save or copy to folder2, same filename

The copy, resize, and first save work fine. However, the last save and/or copy do not work correctly. Only one picture is saved into the last folder. It is always the last picture processed and comes out with the name of the first picture saved.
ex: 20100227_000.jpg
If I cancel the action list midway, then it's a different picture than usual. Using phatch v 0.1.5 since I can't figure out how to make the same image names appear in the new phatch.
Swapping the order of the last 2 actions (Save, Save; or Save, copy) from Folder1,Folder2 to Folder2,Folder1 results in the last action not performing correctly.

Phatch 0.1.5
