New Features

1) Added programs: exiv2, jpegtran, dcraw, tiffcp tiffinfo
   (and their supporting libraries)
   This enables actions such as "lossy jpeg"
   This has caused the DMGs to put on 10mb in weight (functionally takes code!)
   
2) Stani fixed Frank's reported bug about saving files
3) APP dmg should open without resizing (André's observation)
   Please let me know if the APP.dmg doesn't open correctly

Coming up (probably 20100613)

1) Blender will be included
2) ImageMagick will be included
3) Bug fixes
