New Features in this version

This is the first "feature complete" version of 0.28
1) Blender is in the mix !
2) Python code is up to date (bzr:1943)
3) PIL 1.1.7 (Thanks to Russell Owen)
   - includes support for jpeg8b and freetype2.3.12
   - does not include support for littleCMS
4) ImageMagic trimmed to the essential utilities convert and identify

1) Bug fixes
2) Improved libraries
3) Improved build machinery (invisible to users)
4) Robin to properly learn BZR
5) Gotta find somebody to help with the Graphics
