Bug description:
Hi guys

just installing this to take a look and see if its usefull to me in making web applications as a freelance developer.

However after setting up the config and DB i am getting ...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _() in C:\wamp\www\dev_shell\language\core.lang.php on line 21

running php 5.2.9.

any ideas?
