Status in Open Source php gui type development framework.: Fix Committed

Bug description:
During install, more checks must be done:

- various needed modules (it seems Ubuntu doesn't have php-mysql by default)
- write and sub-directories should be writeable
- session starts (session folder should be writable)
- switch to /install.php if index.php is called on a fresh install
