Bug description:
Downloaded most recent revisions today (September 22, 2010) of v3 and when trying install from scratch I get the following error:

Warning: require_once(language/core.lang.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/public_html/admin3/install.php on line 21
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'language/core.lang.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/public_html/admin3/install.php on line 21

Checking in the language directory, this file appears to missing.
