Status in Open Source php gui type development framework.: New

Bug description:
I attempted to checkout the new beta 1 today (on WIndows) using:
bzr checkout --lightweight https://code.launchpad.net/~phpdevshell/phpdevshell/v3.0.0-Beta-1 "C:\v3"

And I get the following error message:
bzr: ERROR: Unable to create symlink 'plugins/PHPDevShell/images/ExtraCPIcons/ubuntu-logo.png' on this platform

I am assuming this is because I am using windows and it does not support symlinks.
