Upon further investigation it seems like many files are included using
incorrect paths.

When selecting to install error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function displayFields() in C:\xampp\htdocs\phpdev\other\installUtils.php on line 505

Bug description:
When doing a install in Windows the default install values are not loaded. Meaning all fields are empty, unlike Linux installs where all values are completed.
