When I install MyNewPlugin I do not get this error, but when I install
AnotherPlugin which has a dependency on MyNewPlugin, it is this second
plugin that generates the error.

I was installing one of my new plugins and got the following error:
Undefined variable: extend_to (/home/public_html/phpds/plugins/PHPDevShell/includes/pluginManager.class.php line 301 )
