  delete old menu when ID changes

Status in Open Source PHP RAD Framework with UI.:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  When editing a menu results in a ID change, a new menu entry is
  created. A warning is displayed about that, but since usually the next
  step is to erase the old one, it would be nice to offer a direct way
  to do that (of course ajax powered ;)
