  Add option to keep the top-level menu line

Status in Open Source PHP RAD Framework with UI.:

Bug description:
  When displaying a deep node (i.e. not a top-level node), the menu line displays the "current directory". This is expected but confusing to user who usually expect a constant menu line.
  We could add an option to keep the top-level menu line persistant.
