  installer wrong site link

Status in Open Source PHP RAD Framework with UI.:

Bug description:
  At the end of the install process, I have a link:

  You might want to erase the upgrade.php file and check your upgrade..
  Also use the plugin manager and click on upgrade to upgrade your
  menus.

  In my case the link is

  http://localhost//index.php

  Clicking this link leads to the login page, but login in goes to a
  wrong place:

  http://index.php/
