  Saving error info with IP

Status in Open Source PHP RAD Framework with UI.:
  New

Bug description:
  When a "silent error" occurs (ie an error which is not displayed to
  the user), it's saved to disk based on a time stamp. Adding the user's
  IP to the name would help filter the logs folder listing when looking
  for a specific dump.
