  Very dry "work in progress" page

Status in Open Source PHP RAD Framework with UI.:

Bug description:
  Sometimes you have to work on a time-extensive operation which prevent
  the whole site from working (such as disk check or database repair).

  We could add a flag to go directly to a "work in progress" page witout
  even trying to connect to the database
