Attempted to download phpns for evaluation after seeing today's Freshmeat announcement.

On the page: http://phpns.alecwh.com/downloads.php - the link is given as: http://download.phpns.com/releases/2.2.3_b1.tar.gz 
However, there appears to be no 'download.phpns.com' in DNS. Server can't be found.

Trying the mirror: http://phpns.com/downloads/download.php?ver=2.2.3_b1 
results in a '404' error: "The requested URL /downloads/download.php was not found on this server."

Only version I can find to download is an older 2.1.1 on Freshmeat

So - were can the 2.2.3 tarball be downloaded from?
