Hello,

Phpns will only run on mySQL, and it is unlikely any other database
servers will be supported soon.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any similar projects that use that
database server, but you might find something with Google. You might
need to install mySQL though, it's a very popular DBS for many PHP
applications.
