Yes, I addressed this in a comment on phpns.alecwh.com. Basically, when
I was working on this part of phpns, I got sidetracked and stopped
working on the entire section... so it only had the "necessary"
functions like creating/deleting/moving. I never got around to the edit
category part.

Currently I'm not planning on finishing it, so you can go into
phpmyadmin and edit the field yourself. This may be fixed by somebody
else in the future (possibly).
