I haven't permission to create a DB, and the third options to create  the db tables ("Overwrite and destroy ...") fails: "Table 'svezia-scan29466.nstemplates' doesn't exist"

The second option don't fails...but don't create any table!!

Is there a manual "creation" of DB? For example an .sql file to import in phpmydql.
