The first paragraph: I need more information. Show me some specific
links (of the probem), and their referring pages.

The second: Yes. Study phpns pre-include variables (in the phpns help page, found in your software). You'll need:
$phpns['limit'] = 999999;

The third paragraph: I rarely work with frames, and I wouldn't know how
to accomplish that. Ask the question in a relevant board or IRC channel.
