libmd5-perl has been removed from Debian and subsequently Ubuntu [1].
It has been deprecated in favor of Digest::MD5 for at least 10 years.
As I don't plan to reintroduce libmd5-perl to Debian and Ubuntu, I'll
mark this bug Won't Fix. webmin should use Digest::MD5 instead of MD5
and no longer depend on libmd5-perl.
