I cannot reproduce this problem in Debian.

Is this only a problem with this specific video or is it impossible to
download other videos from YouTube as well?

Do you use a proxy to access the web?

When you run

  clive --stream-exec="echo %i" -s
"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fm_-sW4Vktw";

you should get the direct URL to download the video from.  Please try
downloading that with

  wget -S -O /dev/null $url
