[Bug 1537342] [NEW] copyRotated fails even with high enough GD version

Trying to use GD's copyRotated gives the following error:

libgd 2.0.33 or higher required for copyRotated support at ./demo.pl
line 45.

libgd's version is higher than listen in the error message.
