[Bug 1815264] [NEW] liblatex-table-perl package is missing dependency

Public bug reported:

Program csv2pdf fails to complete.  It finishes with a .tex file rather than a .pdf.
Add package texlive-xetex and then it will work correctly. It contains xetex command which csv2pdf relies on.
Please add this dependency.
