Public bug reported:

The upload 4.050-4build1 fails to build on Jammy, blocking the Perl
transition.

The issue seems to be in the test suite, with the following test
failing:

t/rt85919-fetch-lost-connection.t .......

not ok 3 - Should return error 2006 or 2013
