[Bug 1996100] [NEW] Sync libexpect-perl 1.35-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Please sync libexpect-perl 1.35-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Mark as Multi-Arch: foreign to resolve i386 test failues
* Mark as Multi-Arch: foreign to resolve i386 test failues
Multi-Arch flag has been added in Debian package too.
Changelog entries since current lunar version 1.35-1ubuntu1:
libexpect-perl (1.35-2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Team upload.
