There is similar problem on APR-util (Ubuntu 22.04):

libaprutil1 1.6.1-5ubuntu4.22.04.1 
libaprutil1-dbd-mysql 1.6.1-5ubuntu4.22.04.1 

Apache error logs are flooded with warnings of the deprecated option when using Apache mod_dbd
module that uses APR for MySQL connections.

This needs similar patch as libdbd-mysql-perl.
