I don't think that Ubuntu will pull 0.99.5 into 24.04... In the mean
time, you can use version 0.99.5 from Debian's repos
https://packages.debian.org/trixie/shutter or download the release
tarball, unpack it and run it from there https://github.com/shutter-
project/shutter/releases/tag/v0.99.5
