[Bug 2083236] Re: Net::IP->intip return undef for IP 0.0.0.0 instead of 0

Thank you for taking the time to report bugs and help make Ubuntu
better.

Thank you also for providing a patch. I see it was developed in 2010 and
accepted but not released, so this would apply to all Ubuntu-supported
series (the package's version is 1.26 in all of them).

I could verify the bug with a little Perl script, which I did. I'm
attaching it here to test the bad/good behaviour. This would be needed
in future SRU processes [1] as part of the "Test plan" section [2] and
is required to proceed.

I applied locally the patch, and it fixes the issue.

Therefore, I'm marking this bug as "Triaged" because we can act on it,
but not immediately, as we cannot yet work into the development version
where this should be fixed first (we just released Oracular).
