Decide on what technologies to use and how to store data.

My  Proposal
===========
I propose the use
*python* as language for development,
*sqlalchemy* as the ORM (Use of ORM will make our application cleaner and
will help in supporting different back ends)
*sqlite* as the default storage engine.

PS : Once the agreement is made on the type of technologies to be used we
can* fork two parallel tasks*,
 (i) to create the schema for storage and (ii) to find a way of using
input-mangler in the project.
