Leonov 0.0.1 KDE frontend

If you File -> Fetch Bugs again before all bugs have been fetched, you will get multiple entries for a single bug (as many as however times you fetch bugs).  Fetching bugs again (a single time) will reset the list to only 1 entry per bug. Part of the problem is from no feedback as to the status of bug fetching and so it is hard to resist fetching bugs again when they haven´t shown up in a few seconds.

I also recommend:
* Show progress status for bug fetching
* Disabling File -> Fetch Bugs during the bug fetching process
* Caching bugs (Bug #243960) to reduce need to fetch bugs
