Status in Leonov - A Launchpad Desktop Client: Triaged

Bug description:
Many operations on launchpad (mostly viewing of data) shouldn't actually need you to be logged in. It would be nice to be able to use as much of leonov as is possible without doing so, and then being prompted for further details (and a "click here if you don't have an account" button) when necessary.
