Status in Leonov - A Launchpad Desktop Client: Fix Committed

Bug description:
When using Leonov, I has always found it annoying that when I log in, I then always have to click 'Refresh' to request a task list from Launchpad.

Attached is a patch that adds a menu item to 'View' menu (later I shall try to create a preferences dialog, where things like this can go) that enables you to add a configuration option, so that whenever you log in, your task list is automatically requested (this works for automatic login as well).
