what happens if you use /dev/cdrom or /dev/dvd as source for make-usb-
key.sh ?  I will try this later today.  still remains open how to make a
fresh liveUSB from a running liveUSB...

Bug description:
At the moment make-usb-keys.sh only supports ISO as source, but it could be completely possible to use a running live session as source. In such a case, making a liveUSB key would be possible from a running liveCD (amongst other things).
